Our 2025 Hopfest Beer and Gin Festival will be held on
Friday, July 11 and Saturday, July 12.

We have an exciting range of sponsorship opportunities to feature your branding and business at this popular event.
With over 1,000 guests expected at the event each day,
this is a great way to promote your business.
MAIN EVENT SPONSOR: £6,000 + VAT
This opportunity is a valuable way to promote your brand and services to the all the attendees at the festival. Sponsorship includes:
- 150 tokens to use at the event
- 15 commemorative Gin or Beer pint glasses.
- 15 VIP wristbands for you and your guests for both days
- Link to your company website from PGRFC website
- Banner with your company logo at the main front entrance to the event
- Banner with your company logo in the main Dooley bar
- Your business card / leaflets on the main lager bar*.
*Please note the sponsor must provide business cards and leaflets for distribution
GIN MARQUEE SPONSOR: £3,500 + VAT
Popular with our female guests, our outdoor Gin marquee offers a wide range of gins and mixers as well as prosecco. Sponsorship includes:
- 120 tokens to use at the event
- 12 commemorative Gin or Beer pint glasses.
- 12 VIP wristbands for you and your guests for both days
- Link to your company website from PGRFC website
- Large banner with your company name/logo above the Gin bar and your branding at the entrance to the marquee.
MUSIC STAGE SPONSOR: £2,500 + VAT
We have a great line up of music over both days with seating areas for guests at our designated music stage. Your brand will be featured at the music stage. Sponsorship includes:
- 100 tokens for the event
- 10 commemorative Gin or Pint glasses.
- 10 VIP wristbands for you and your guests for both days

SPONSORSHIP SECURED
LAGER BAR SPONSOR: £1,000 + VAT
Centrally located and connecting all areas of the festival, our team will be there to offer our usual line up of lagers and other drinks in our lager bar. Sponsorship includes:

- Eight VIP wristbands for you and your guests for both days

The cask ale bar is the most popular area of the festival. With over 1,000 people expected to visit the festival each day, most will attend the cask ale bar. Sponsorship includes:

We have three premium opportunities to sponsor our top three barrels. This is a very popular sponsorship so do get in touch if you wish to feature your brand on our premium barrels. Sponsorship includes:
- 60 tokens for the event
- Six commemorative Gin or Pint glasses.
- Six VIP wristbands for you and your guests for both days
- Your company name/logo on your allocated barrel

STANDARD BARREL SPONSOR: £250 + VAT
With 27 other barrel beers available, your brand will be displayed on a barrel allocated to you. Sponsorship includes:
- 40 tokens for the event
- Four commemorative Gin or Pint glasses.
- Four VIP wristbands for you and your guests for both days
- Your company name/logo on your allocated barrel

How your complimentary tokens can be used
- One token: Half a pint of beer, lager or cider
- Two tokens: One pint of beer, lager or cider, or a gin and mixer
