Our 2026 Hopfest Beer and Gin Festival will be held on
Friday, July 10 and Saturday, July 11.

Set in the grounds of Preston Grasshoppers Rugby Football Club, Hopfest is our annual two-day beer and gin summer festival and attracts nearly 2,000 people over the weekend from varying age groups and interests.
We offer a wide range of drink options, that attracts both the traditional cask ales enthusiast and the younger cider and lager crowd. Our stunning outdoor gin and prosecco marquee is the go to for our female guests. Our music headliners in the music tent Ska Face and Parka Monkeys also attracts their own fans to the festival.
We have an exciting range of sponsorship opportunities to feature your branding and business at this popular event.
MAIN EVENT SPONSOR: £6,000
This opportunity is a valuable way to promote your brand and services to the all the attendees at the festival. Sponsorship includes:
- Logo and mention in all publicity and promotion of the event, including on Skiddle ticket platform and PGRFC website and social media.
- 150 tokens to use at the event
- 15 commemorative Gin or Beer pint glasses.

- Featured adverts on our electronic advertising includes Epos system and scoreboard.

GIN & PROSECCO MARQUEE SPONSOR: £3,500
Popular with our female guests, our outdoor Gin & Prosecco marquee offers a wide range of gins and mixers as well as prosecco. Live music is played throughout the day. Sponsorship includes:
- 120 tokens to use at the event
- 12 commemorative Gin or Beer pint glasses.
- 12 VIP wristbands for you and your guests for both days
- Link to your company website from PGRFC website
- Large banner with your company name/logo above the Gin & Prosecco bar and your branding at the entrance to the marquee.

MUSIC STAGE SPONSOR: £2,500
We have a great line up of music over both days with seating areas for guests at our designated music stage. Headliners including Ska Face and Parka Monkeys. Your brand will be featured at the music stage. Sponsorship includes:

LAGER BAR SPONSOR: £1,000
Centrally located and connecting all areas of the festival, our team will be there to offer our usual line up of lagers and other drinks in our lager bar. Your branding will featured above the bar. Sponsorship includes:

CIDER BAR SPONSOR: £1,000
The Cider Bar is in the Wiseman Room and is also a thoroughfare to the outside areas and Gin Marquee. Last year we practically sold out on all ciders it was a very popular bar. Your branding will be featured above the cider bar. Sponsorship includes:

CASK ALE BAR SPONSOR: £1,000
The cask ale bar is the most popular area of the festival. With over 1,000 people expected to visit the festival each day, most will attend the cask ale bar. We have 30 cask ales on tap during the festival. Based in the Dooley suite, this is also the registration area for the festival. Sponsorship includes:

We plan to have some exciting new cask ales this year on tap. With 30 barrels in total, this is an excellent way to get your name out there at the event and benefit from sponsorship. Sponsorship includes:
- 40 tokens for the event

- Four VIP wristbands for you and your guests for both days
- Your company name/logo on your allocated barrel

HOPPERS BUSINESS NETWORK EVENT: £1000 or joint sponsorship £500 each.
All Hopfest corporate sponsors are invited to join our special “pre-event” get together in the Gin & Prosecco Marquee on Friday 10th July at 3.00pm.
Our existing network members and guests will also be invited to the event as paid guests. Sponsorship includes:
- Logo and banner at the networking event
- Guest speaker spot at the networking event.
- Mention as sponsor of the event in all email invitations that will go out to our current business mailing list of over 500 contacts.
- 60 tokens and 6 wristbands for Friday and Saturday.

Please note that our sponsorship prices are VAT exempt. Hopfest is a fund-raising event for Preston Grasshoppers Rugby Football Club. All proceeds from the event will be invested back into the club to help for future development.
